E-Health card

Abstract
     The project aims at providing corporate information and hospital statistics can be viewed in a web on the Internet. This Information is to integrate into the existing web page of the company but the access to it would be restricted to the Chairman and Directors or anybody who has been authorized or register users.
     According patients needs the hospital management introduced Health Card Schemes like one year health card, two year health card and lifelong health Cards. First Patient chooses the    E- Health Card according to the patient requirement, depending on E- Health Card patient get the discount on medical bill. Every person who is willing to take the E- Health Cards, depending on card value, first they pay Card Value to Organization.
     This information is shared to all the branches of the Hospital group so that they can maintain global information of the group.
    If the subscriber of the E- Health Card is suffering with ill health they will be given initial treatment without any consultancy charges.
This project is divided into three modules 2 modules:
 Chairman
 Branch Manager
Chairman Module:
    In this System Chairman is the super User. The activity of the chairman is to create a New Branch in different locations depending on requirement. And also assign a  New Branch Manager to New Branch.
   According to Requirements Chairman generate a New Health Card and also define Card Specifications i.e. card number, card name, Group capacity, validity, Discount, amount.
   Chairman has a capacity to remove a Branch Manager and also modify the card specifications.
Chairman to see the reports based on the branch, state, card, and district wise. These reports helpful to improve his business.
The Main Roles of the Chairman are: -
  • Create a New Branch Assign a Branch Manager
  • Generate a new Type of Health Card
  • Assigning of Health Card Specifications
Branch Manager: -
     Branch Manager is the head of the Branch, assigned by the Chairman. Branch Manager taking the details from the Customers, who is willing to take the card.
     The main activity of the manager is to register the customer details, i.e. card name, cardholder name, age, sex, registration number, phone number, and also relation details depending cardholder.
     Branch Manager generates reports according branch wise, district wise, state wise and also card wise. These reports are helpful to improve the branch.
The Main Roles of the Branch Manager are:
  1. Taking the Enquiry details from Customers
  2. Register the New Customers And also Register the customer Relation details
  3. Modify the Customer Details (If required)
Existing System
Present system is manual. The Project Metrics has to enter all the details of project, documents, and tasks. It also maintenance the team information and also efforts estimation. For this purpose the organization maintain the size of the document, source code and update the information about team member’s details   manually. Which is much of time consuming process and more importantly it is error prone. Limitations Of the Manual system
  1. It is time consuming
  2. It leads to error prone results
  3. It consumes lot of manpower to better results
  4. It lacks of data security
  5. Retrieval of data takes lot of time
  6. Percentage of accuracy is less
  7. Reports take time to produce
   Hence Computerization of the existing system is proposed. The new system completely removes all manual burdens and provide efficient on the entry system.

   After understanding the existing system and understanding the need for developing a new system different people involved in the related activities have been consulted. The data needed for the study has been collected from company records.
   The computerization of this system would avoid the wrong interpretation and bad calculation of data .The system help the user to see any documents, source code, tasks, activities, team information with details at the click of a button. The record data is maintained and backed up such a way that data is not loss. The speed of the system could also increased.
